Falling and Rolling (Ukemi) Training

The focus in Ukemi (Falling and Rolling) training is on the development of flexibility, balance,

and the ability to fall and roll safely while training and in everyday life.

Training involves learning techniques and how to apply them to real-life situations.

Our priority in our teaching is “Safety first!”  all while learning in a positive and enjoyable environment.
