This page is designed to give you references to many stretching routines, techniques and flexibility concepts. I will include my own routines that I like to use as well as videos of other instructors that have posted online. Many of these teachers I have either trained with or have studied their techniques and use them myself. As always, make sure to check with a physician before taking on any new exercise program and to adjust the exercises to where you are at your level of fitness. Remember, fitness and flexibility is NOT a competition. The only person you need to be better than is who you were yesterday!
