/If you are on Instagram or Facebook, I have been presenting a daily video sharing lessons that I’ve learned from some of my favorite books, videos, teachers and experiences. This video experience started out as an experiment to see if I could do it. Ever been scared to do something? like create a video online? or worst…. go LIVE online ???? Well, I started it as a challenge to myself to get over the fear and uncertainty as well as to start sharing what I’ve learned as a way to understand if I really have learned it.

So, I am one week in and so far I’m enjoying the process. I have even gotten a few comments from friends and students that it has been a helpful reminder of these ideas.
